Supaworld Wodonga COVID-19 Restrictions

COVID-19 UPDATE

Supaworld Wodonga is open in adherence with the COVID-19 guidelines set out by the Victorian Government. Things will operate a little differently at Supa for a while, but we can assure you it’s only temporary. We thank you in advance for your support during this difficult time.

COVID-19 UPDATE

To ensure we are meeting the guidelines set out by the Victorian Government, we’ve had to make some changes to the way we operate. It’s not forever… but for now it’s what we need to do to ensure you’re getting the same safe, clean, fun Supaworld experience!

Face Masks

In accordance with Government regulations, all people over the age of 12 will be required to wear a face mask when moving around the facility. Children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask.

Session Times

Sessions will run for 50 minutes commencing on the hour. We will be using the time between sessions to clean, sanitise and clear the park. We are still offering both one and two-hour sessions, with a 10-minute break. During the break, customers who are booked in for two hours are welcome to use the café and seating facilities, however, they are unable to utilise equipment until the next session commences. We do ask that visitors remain vigilant of the time and exit the centre promptly once your session is complete. You can see our session times on our booking page.

Bookings and Supervisors

Due to the heavily restricted capacity, we encourage everyone to make a booking before arriving at Supaworld. All patrons within the centre must have a ticket allocated, this includes spectators. Due to the capacity restrictions set out by the Victorian Government, there is a limit of one supervisor per participant. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests into the facility. Bookings can be made here.

Infants

Under the current Government restrictions, all customers attending our venues are required to purchase a ticket. According to the DHHS website, all individuals – whether they are adults, children, or babies – are considered part of the gathering number and will, therefore, be included in our capacity.

Unfortunately during this time, babies must be booked in under our $5 supervisor option (this includes a bottle of water or warm beverage). This necessary measure is only temporary, however, we would like to thank customers in advance for their understanding.

Park Capacity

Supaworld’s park capacity will be in line with Government regulations.

Social Distancing

Our centre is 1888qm, allowing for heaps of social distancing between each person within the centre. We ask that you always allow 1.5 meters between yourself and other patrons at all times.

Cleaning and Sanitisation

We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our facilities and have allocated a Hygiene Monitor to disinfect surfaces throughout each session.  The park will close for 10 minutes after each session for us to perform a thorough clean and sanitisation of high touchpoint areas. We have also placed multiple Hand Sanitising Stations around the park for your convenience and ask that you sanitise upon entry to the centre. In addition to this, we have a disinfectant fog machine that will be used to sanitise all equipment.

Waivers

All visitors must sign a waiver prior to the commencement of their session for tracing purposes. A link to the waiver will be sent with your confirmation email so you can sign before you arrive at Supaworld. Alternatively, you can sign the waiver in-store at our Waiver Kiosk.

Flexible Ticket Options

We’ve implemented more flexible ticket options, so if you’re sick or need to cancel your booking, we’ll give you a store credit with a 3-year expiry which can be used to rebook in the future.

Health

We’ll be conducting temperature checks on all staff members before the commencement of their shift.

We ask that you do not come into Supaworld if you or someone you live with is feeling unwell. We’re happy to change your booking to a time when you’re feeling better. Customers who display symptoms of illness will be asked to leave the premises.
