ALL FAQS

DO I NEED TO ACCOMPANY MY CHILD WHILE JUMPING?

Children 12 years and under must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times whilst visiting BOUNCE. A parent/guardian must be over the age of 16.

Supervising guests do not need to pay entry, they are welcome to watch and spectate for free, however, any visitor who is actively using equipment will be required to pay entry. For children who require closer supervision, we recommend purchasing a ticket so that you can join them.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?

For General Admission bookings, we recommend arriving 15 min prior to allow time for parking and checking in.

If you’ve got a party booked with us, this time is built in to the party structure, so there’s no need to arrive much earlier than your start time!

Please make sure to check your closest venue for opening times.

What is the parking situation?

On-site parking is available but limited in peak times. We recommend you carpool with your mates for pre-BOUNCE fun.
