Kids Birthday Party FAQs

How can I book?

Easily! Our birthday party bookings are available online, so you can select your session, pick your extras and even order invites with just the click of a button! It’s a totally simple process… But if you have any questions you can always give us a call!

Can I bring my own food?

Due to the risk of allergies and anaphylaxis, we don’t allow parties to self-cater, with the exception of the cake. We encourage parents to bring water, but no other beverage or food, purely because of the risk imposed.

Please chat to our staff about any allergies your child may have – as we are happy to cater in any way that we can.

How does payment work?

To book your child’s birthday party, we require a deposit of 50% with the remaining balance being paid one week prior to your booking. No refunds are applicable.

How far in advance should I book my Supaworld party?

To help ensure that your party is booked in for your ideal time-slot on your child’s special day we suggest that you make a booking 4-6 weeks out.

What are the minimum numbers required?

We require a minimum 8 party goers for Geelong, and a minimum of 10 for Wodonga , Hobart and Keysborough.

Can I add extra guests after I make my booking?

Yes. If you would like to add additional guests please contact our friendly team members via phone. Please note that if we have passed our capacity for that time period, we may not be able to add any additional guests.

How long do Supaworld parties go for?

All parties at Supaworld run for 2 hours. This includes 2 hours of exclusive access to your party room, 90 minutes of free play to explore our trampolines and climbing walls. The last 30 minutes of your booking we gather up all party goers to come and enjoy some food and unwind in your designated party room.

How long before the birthday party should I arrive?

We suggest that parents invite all guests to arrive at Supaworld 15 minutes before the start of their party to ensure all children get maximum playing time.

How old must you be to have a party at Supaworld?

There is no minimum age for birthday parties. We offer discounted mid-week parties for toddlers. Please note that our toddler parties are offered Monday-Friday (during school terms only).

What does your party host help with?

Your party host is there to make sure the experience is as smooth and carefree for you as possible. After setting up your room, the party host will greet you and your guests, providing each party guest with wrist bands and socks. After introducing guests to the park, your party will have access to the park for approximately 90 minutes. At the end of the 90 minutes, the party host will call the guests back to the room for party food and to ‘do the cake’. Finally, after you’re finished with the private room, they clean up the mess for you!

Please note: The party host does not stay with the group the entire time they are playing in the park.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Our Supa Café can cater for most dietary requirements, please let our party team know of any requirement when making your booking.

How long do I have use of the private party room?

We’ll do our best to give you access to the party room 15 minutes prior to your party commencement, you will then have access to the room for the entire duration of your party. The food will be brought into your party room during the last 30 minutes of your party.

Can we bring our own room decorations?

Yes. We encourage you to come in 15 minutes prior to your child’s birthday to set up your room. Please note, that all decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your party.

What can adults do while the kids are jumping?

You can actively watch and encourage your children/guests during their party, join in on some of the fun or simply relax at our Supa Fresh Café with a paper and a coffee.

What food do you serve?

Our Pizza Party includes homemade pizzas, hot chips, popcorn and cordial.

Our Supa Fresh Party includes freshly made wraps, sandwiches, fresh fruit platter & fruit juice.

Our Toddler Parties include chicken nuggets, hot chips, popcorn, fruit platter and cordial.

*We have gluten free options

Can we have candles on the cake?

In our Geelong and Hobart centres, unfortunately, our fire detection system is triggered even by small items such as candles. To avoid having to evacuate your party, we do not allow flammable candles in the centre. We can instead provide you with an L.E.D candle for the cake!

Can I make a group booking and put together tables in the communal area?

Visitors are welcome to make a group booking and order food from the cafe to enjoy with their friends. However as safety is at the forefront of what we do, we don’t allow food to be brought into the centre due to the risk of allergies and anaphylaxis. Visitors are, however, welcome to purchase a cake from the cafe. We do not allow visitors to decorate our communal areas, however, as above, people with party bookings are welcome to decorate their allocated party room.
